I offer professional, confidential counselling, psychotherapy and EMDR in Luton and surrounding areas. 

Everyone experiences difficulties and challenges at times but they don’t have to be faced alone. Sometimes, talking to friends or family can provide what we need, but there are times when counselling can be particularly helpful.

I offer a private counselling and psychotherapy practice that provides a safe place to talk and explore issues and difficulties that may be present for you.  in a bright and pleasant space, conveniently located in a residential area of Luton.

I have a UKCP Supervision Diploma and enjoy working with supervisees in a collaborative and supportive way.

I am easily accessible from Luton and surrounding areas, including Harpenden, Hitchin, and Mid Beds and located within easy reach of the M1, A6, and A505, providing ready access for those in the area.
